Return & Refund Policy

At Health Pulse, your satisfaction is our top priority. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.


🛍️ Returns

You have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused

  • In its original condition

  • In its original packaging

Please note that certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Personalized products

  • Underwear

  • Gift cards


📦 Return Process

To initiate a return, please contact us at healthpulse@thepulsehealth.com and include:

  • Your order number

  • The item(s) you wish to return

  • The reason for the return

Once your request is approved, we will send you detailed return instructions and the return address.

🔹 Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.


💸 Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved:

  • Your refund will be processed automatically

  • The amount will be credited to your original payment method

  • Processing time: 5 to 10 business days


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us immediately and include clear photos of the issue.

In these cases:

  • We will cover the return shipping costs

  • We will offer a replacement or a full refund, depending on your preference
