📄 Terms and Conditions of Sale (T&Cs)
These Terms and Conditions of Sale govern all sales made on the Health Pulse website. By placing an order, the customer fully and unconditionally accepts these Terms and Conditions.
1. Product Information
Products are described and presented as accurately as possible.
Product images are for illustrative purposes only and are non-contractual. Minor differences may occur depending on screen settings or manufacturers.
2. Orders
Any order placed on the website constitutes full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
The customer agrees to provide accurate and complete information during the ordering process.
Health Pulse reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order for legitimate reasons, including suspected fraud, insufficient stock, or pricing errors.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in euros (€) or another applicable currency, inclusive of all taxes (VAT), excluding shipping fees.
The total amount payable is shown before order confirmation.
Health Pulse reserves the right to modify prices at any time; however, products will be invoiced based on the prices in effect at the time the order is placed.
4. Payment
Payment is made online through secure payment methods (Shopify Payments, PayPal, credit/debit cards, etc.).
Orders are confirmed only after full payment has been received.
5. Shipping
Please refer to our Shipping Policy for information regarding delivery times, shipping zones, and shipping fees.
6. Right of Withdrawal
In accordance with applicable law, customers have a period of 14 days from receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without providing a reason or incurring penalties.
Returned products must be unused, in original condition, and in their original packaging.

7. Warranties
Products sold benefit from the legal warranty of conformity and the warranty against hidden defects.
In the event of a proven defect, the customer may request a repair, replacement, or refund, in accordance with applicable law.
8. Liability
Health Pulse shall not be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the purchase or use of a product.
In any event, Health Pulse’s liability is limited to the total amount of the order.

Personal information collected during the ordering process is necessary for order processing.

10. Disputes
These Terms and Conditions are governed by applicable law.
In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first. If no agreement is reached, the dispute may be submitted to the competent courts.
